We understand that priorities intersect

A project rarely has just one need.

A new enterprise may need a business plan and a qualified operations leader. A utility project may need a technical partner and a procurement professional. A tribal department may need both additional capacity and a clearer path to implementation.

Our approach begins with your Nation's existing plans, decision-making process and priorities—not a predetermined solution.

Areas for conversation
Workforce. Enterprise. Infrastructure.

Economic diversification · Tribal utilities and energy · Housing · Water and wastewater · Transportation · Natural resources · Procurement · Workforce capacity

These are areas for research, recruiting and potential partner introductions, not claims that Deere Strategies provides engineering, construction, grant writing or technical project delivery.

How a conversation works

Bring us the need.
We'll explore the next step.

You do not need a completed scope of work to begin a conversation. Tribal leadership remains in control of decisions, vendors and project direction.

01 / LISTEN

Understand your priorities.

Discuss the vacancy, project, idea or obstacle. Review what has already been planned and where support is needed.

02 / IDENTIFY

Define the right type of support.

Determine whether the need calls for direct-hire recruiting, market research, a specialized service provider or a combination.

03 / CONNECT

Agree on next steps.

Where appropriate, explore qualified provider introductions, clarify responsibilities and establish any necessary agreements before work begins.

Why Deere Strategies

Grounded in relationships. Focused on your goals.

Deere Strategies is a Native-owned Oklahoma business founded by Seth Deere, an enrolled citizen of the Muscogee (Creek) Nation.

Our approach draws on business development and recruiting experience, together with exposure to tribal strategic infrastructure and economic development planning through participation in project activities and planning meetings. We understand the importance of listening to tribal leadership, identifying resource constraints and respecting each Nation's sovereignty and decision-making process.

A practical starting point
One relationship. More ways to explore support.

We will tell you clearly what we can deliver ourselves, where we are still developing capabilities and when specialized providers should lead.

For potential service partners

Specialized expertise belongs at the table.

We welcome conversations with qualified consulting, engineering, environmental, energy, construction and other firms whose work may align with tribal priorities.

Any formal representation, referral or project partnership will be defined by agreement. We do not claim to represent firms or tribal governments without authorization.
